She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Mikulak and Betty Hunt Mikulak; her brother John Mikulak; and her great-nephew Jeremey Tomaine. She is survived by : her sister Ann Morris (Thomas); her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Tomaine, Keith Esbensen, Rochelle Coleman, Audrey Conflitti, Jon and Joseph Mikulak; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kris, Adam Tomaine, Noah, Isabella Coleman, Mike, Paige Conflitti and Jess Esbensen; and also Catalina Tomaine.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the donor's favorite charity.
