She was predeceased by: her husband Albert T. Lopatofsky; her parents, Walter Hinds and Dolly Hinds (Stevens); and her son Michael Lopatofsky. She is survived by: her children, Mark Lopatofsky (Elva) of Waymart, Judith Merrigan (Thomas) of Waymart and Lisa Carter (Mark) of Marquette; her grandchildren, Nicholas Lopatofsky (Leslie), Andrew Lopatofsky (Lisa), Emily Dwyer (Colin), Jason (Kathy Carter), Chad (Kristi Carter) and Brian Carter; her great grandchildren, Adalida, Amoreena, Michaela, Alexandra, Aurora, Cassidy, Olivia, Colton, Payton, Mason, Natalie and Sophia; and her siblings, Janet Olsommer (Donald), Lynn Reese and John Hinds. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Howell Family Funeral Home (269 Belmont St, Waymart, PA 18472). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Church (242 Carbondale Rd, Waymart, PA 18472).
