He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph P Mazeika and Margaret L Halstead; and his siblings, Joseph, Robert, Anthony and Gertrude Radowski.

He is survived by : his sister Marjorie Moran; his children, Bonnie Brennen, James Mazeika, Patricia Fink and Robert Mazeika; and his close friend Mary Gardas Tragis. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and great grandchildren.
