He was predeceased by: his parents, Perley Russell and Theresa Russell (Alfano); his brother John P. Russell; and his sons, John Presti and Jim Presti.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Russell of Florida, David Russell of Louisiana, Sherri Russell of Louisiana and Mark Russell (Jennifer) of Peckville, PA; and his sister Helen Andrewsen of Arizona. He is also survived by several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Howell Family Funeral Home (269 Belmont St, Waymart, PA 18472).
