She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. William J. Perkins and Kathryn Perkins (Katz); her sister Judith Muller; and her great grandchild Wrenley Jo Diehl. She is survived by: her children, Edwin P. Jonas II (Melany) of Lancaster, PA, William J. Jonas (Mia) of Cold Spring, Donald A. Jonas (Karen) of Pleasant Mount, David P. Jonas (Shelly) of Cold Spring and Cindy Pearl of Scranton; her sister Tammy Thompson of Honesdale; and her close friend Patty Rake. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sally's memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
