He was predeceased by: his parents, Nettie Dunn Berkowitz and Harry Berkowitz; and his son Joshua. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Wexler Branton; his children, Jane Puttanniah (Suraj), Douglas Branton (Marisa Blau) and Michael Branton (Amy Lisbon); his brother Marvin Berkowitz; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Cameron, Lilah, Ethan, Mira and Ari.
