He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm MacNeil and Sadie MacNeil; his granddaughter Alana MacNeil; and his brothers, Victor L. MacNeil and William L. MacNeil.
He is survived by: his wife Ann MacNeil (Carr); his children, Alan C. MacNeil of Wayne, PA, Jean Ashman (Scott) of Philadelphia and Donald MacNeil of Wayne, PA.; and his granddaughters, Bethany Malusa (Matt), Katie Forry (Justin) and Christie Parada (Luis).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Donohue Funeral Home (366 W Lancaster Ave, Wayne, PA 19087). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
