William will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Burgin, and William Taylor Burgin, Sr.; and his brother Thomas R. Burgin. He is survived by: his wife Patricia H. Burgin; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Harris and Sharon Harris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
