As Bryan departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Bryan. Though Bryan may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold H. Dickinson and Hannah Dickinson (Kirsme); and his wife Janet Lee Dickinson (Clark). He is survived by: his children, Traci L. Shaeffer (Greg) of Halethorpe, MD, James D. Dickinson of Rouzerville, PA, Merritt A. Dickinson (Mary) of Hubert, NC and Theodore E. Dickinson (Amber) of Waynesboro, PA. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home (50 S Broad St, Waynesboro, PA 17268). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Antietam Humane Society, 8513 Lyons Rd., Waynesboro, PA 17268, to keep the cats purring in his memory.
