He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cramer and Helen Cramer (Monn). He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn A. "Gwen" Cramer (Yeakle); his sons, Bryan Cramer of Mercersburg, PA, Brian Muck of Waynesboro and Craig Muck of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Adam D. Cramer and Zoe E. Muck; and his siblings, Ronald Cramer of Waynesboro and Connie Vucmanic.
