He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin James Costlow and Anna Mary Costlow (Baker). He is survived by: his sister Janet Walker (Costlow); his wife Mi Chi Costlow of Waynesboro, PA; his children, Eva, Jacqueline, Vickie, Jimmy, Linda and Vicky; and his grandchildren, Mea, Nathanial, Dimitri and Alice.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home (50 S Broad St, Waynesboro, PA 17268). A reception was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
