Blubaugh of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on October 7, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard C. Hoffman and Blanch C. Hoffman (Kline); her husband Harold Blubaugh, Sr.; and her daughter Nancy. She is survived by: her children, Joan Johnson, Pamela Bohn (Kirk), John Blubaugh (Bobbi) and Harold Blubaugh, Jr. (Lori); her grandchildren, Kristin Johnson, Micah Bohn, Lauren Murray, Cara Barnhart, Matthew Bohn, Jonathan Blubaugh, Delaney Blubaugh and Devyn Blubaugh; her great grandchildren, Graeme, Morgan, Tucker, Declan, Mason and Molly; and her siblings, Donald Hoffman, Charles Hoffman and Betty Snook.
