He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Barkdoll and Ethel Barkdoll (Creager); his wife Mary L. Barkdoll (Haines); and his sister JoAnn Barnes. He is survived by: his daughters, Trudy L. Smith (Elwood) of Waynesboro and Nancy L. Snowberger (Ken) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, TJ Clopper, Elizabeth Bowser, Amanda Turner and Daniel Turner; his great grandchildren, Anakin, Macy, Ryan, Sebastian, Addison, Wyatt and Declan; and his sister Delores Mellott of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
