Eric Leaper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Eric Leaper of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Eric farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Eric is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob R. Leaper and Phyllis Leaper (Wilkinson) of Patton, PA; and his sister Jill Lechene (Leaper) of Mountville, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Melissa R. Leaper (Quist); his sons, Jacob W. Leaper and MacKenzie R. Leaper; and his nieces, Chelsea Reese and Skylar Lechene.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Capital Camps & Retreat Center (12750 Buchanan Trail E, Waynesboro, PA 17268).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eric's name to the Waynesboro Volunteer Fire Company and/or Hershey Cancer Center.
