She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel R. Harbaugh and Louise Harbaugh (Price); her husband Charles R. "Bob" Miller; her son Randolph L. "Randy" Miller; and her sister Mary Louise Scott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Kirkpatrick-Stephey (Gene) of Waynesboro, Linda McLaughlin (Daniel) of Waynesboro and Mary Ellen Hess (Rick) of Waynesboro; and her grandchildren, Stacy McCleaf, Michael Kirkpatrick, David Kirkpatrick, Matthew McLaughlin, Emily Goodine, Amanda Shrout and Joshua Mummert. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and many extended family.
