She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Cobb and Betty Gill (Edmond); her husband Richard L. Cazad; her sons, Phillip Lee Cazad and Donald Lee Cazad; and her sisters, Rita Cabell and Jessie Misner.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Catherine Cazad; her grandchildren, Caitlin Cazad and Aidan Cazad; her great grandchild Dominic Lee Rivera; and her sister Peggy Cazad. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
