He is survived by: his wife Esther C. Oney (Compher); his children, Zachariah A. Oney of Coal Center, PA, Jonathan W. Oney of Waynesboro and Hannah Marie Oney of Hudson, FL; and his siblings, Phillip Oney of Texas and Janine Oney Schmitt of California, MD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
