She was predeceased by: her parents, George J. and Mary L. Dull (Helman). She is survived by: her husband Samuel J. Koons; her children, Samuel A. Koons (Tanja) of Selinsgrove, PA and Barbara A. Weaver (Brian) of Waynesboro; her grandchildren, Ashley Weaver Kratochvil (Stephen), Cayla Koons Bob (Clayton) and Joshua Koons (Dominique Ulrich); her great grandchildren, Koby Kratochvil, Lauren Bob and Savannah Bob; her sister Donna Peiffer (Mark); and her nephews, Wayne, David and Douglas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as a host of extended family.
