It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madge D. (Stern) Willis of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 8, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman C. Stern and Catherine A. Stern (Bacurin); her husband Charles A. Willis; her daughter Mindy Sue Wagaman; her great grandchild Jamison Bachtell; and her siblings, Charlotte MacDonald and Wayne Sutton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan D. Koogle (Steve) of Frederick, MD, Julie A. Bachtell (Brian) of Waynesboro, Jenifer W. Smith (Mike) of Frederick, MD and Allison R. Luppino (Mark) of Huntingtown, MD. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
