He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn N. Small and Patricia J. Small (Moritz); and his brother Jeffrey L. Small. He is survived by: his children, Shane Small (Brandi) of Waynesboro and Amber Peck (Kevin) of Greencastle; and his brother Gregory A. Small (Jill) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well a host of extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any local youth sports organization of one's choosing or the Waynesboro High School Booster Club.
