He is survived by: his wife Lisa Brookens (Cook); his parents, Gordon Brookens and Sally Brookens of Fayetteville, PA.; his stepson Ryan Cook (Arianna); his grandchildren, CJ and Nora of Lynchburg, VA; his siblings, Annette Szady (Steve) of Chambersburg, PA, Julie Brookens of Fayetteville, PA and Jim Brookens (Tina) of Shippensburg, PA.; and his close friends, Doug, Kevin and Alex. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Marion Fire Company in Randy's memory.
