He is survived by: his close friend Jen Cook; his daughter Charlene Bookwalter of Hagerstown, MD; his grandson Jacob Forsythe; and his siblings, Tamara Morris (Thomas) of Shippensburg, PA and William Dick (Yongae) of Virgina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
