She was predeceased by: her parent Arthur Sawayer. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Austin; her sister Natasha Norton; and her children, Jeremy Sawayer, Kevin Swope, Dustin Nickels, Danielle Paul and Alyssa Austin. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Silver's name may be made to The American Heart Association.
