She was predeceased by: her mother Mabel Grace Welty; her son Bryan K. Newlin; and her brother Ronald Tharp. She is survived by: her husband Enoch L. Newlin; and her children, Donna J. Rock (Stanley) of Chambersburg, Michael E. Newlin (Suzanne) of Harleysville, PA and Gregory L. Newlin (Sherri) of Chambersburg, PA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
