He was predeceased by: his mother Marylou Noll (Koons). He is survived by: his father Ralph E. Noll, Sr. of Waynesboro; his brother Ralph E. Noll, Jr. of Waynesboro; his nephew Jacob E. Noll; his niece Sabrina Marie Helvey; his great-nephew Christian Helvey, Jr.; and his great-niece Aurora Noll.
