He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Christopher and Mary Christopher (O'Neal); and his siblings, Eugenia Kuran, Ethel "Marie" Simmons, Kathleen Christopher, Doreen Dew Kaufmann, Lois Wogksch Kimpel, Dixie McNeely Robinson, Kermit Christopher II, Gary Christopher and Sheldon Elwood Christopher.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Larkin of Carmichaels, Kayla, Addalei and Melinda Larkin of Waynesburg; his grandchildren, Jonathon, Mary and Devon; his daughter Janice Kovach of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Jordan and Michael; his great grandchildren, Ronan and Alli Jack; and his siblings, Larry Christopher of Arizona, John Christopher of Carmichaels and Shirley Romine of Waynesburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family suggests donations to a charity of one's choice.
