He was predeceased by: his parents, John Basinger and Marcella Mosholder Basinger. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Glister Basinger; his children, Mark Basinger (Doris) of Middlefield, Michael Basinger of Waynesburg, Mia Carpenter (Kenneth) of Streetsboro and Pamela Basinger of Stow, Ohio; and his brothers, Marvin Basinger (Linda) and Tim Basinger (Pam). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
