He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his children, Lisa (Chris Haines) of Waynesburg, PA and John Mark (Lisa Garber) of Waynesburg, PA.; his grandchildren, Kellen (Kelli Haines), Cody (Audra Haines), Kirsten (David Shannon), Claire Garber and Lucas Garber; and his great grandchild Winni Jane Haines.
