He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Higgins and Florence Orndorff Higgins; and his siblings, William G. Higgins and Ruth Ann Blair. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Higgins of Fairmont, WV and John H. Higgins (Judi) of Waynesburg; his grandchildren, JD Higgins (Julianne) and Jordan Stefanizzi (Tim); his great grandchildren, Reagan and Lakyn Stefanizzi; his close friend Martha Todorov; his former wife Marjorie Hargett; and his sister Josephine Blair of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
