He is survived by: his wife Twila Lee Piatt Lehew; his children, Tammy Ball of Waynesburg, John Lehew Jr. of Washington and Janie Lehew (Bill White) of Waynesburg; his grandchildren, Roger Lee Ball III (Aleita), Jonathan Ball (Michelle), Brianna Boiaroff (Andrew "Sammy"), Kaylee Iams (Logan), Dylan Powell (Destiny) and Shelby Lehew; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Jonathan Ball, Sadie, Baylee, Brynlee Boiaroff, Eleanor, Amelia Iams, Greyson and Finley Powell; his siblings, Michael Lehew and Nancy Loughman; and his siblings-in-law, Sally McKahan, Lynn Maiello (Frank), Marlene Lehew and Jake Piatt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
