Rush of Waynesburg; his grandchildren, Jason, Rachael Rush and Kyle Tedrow; his sister Barbara Ferencak (James) of Bedford, Ohio; his son Kenneth M. Rush, Jr.; his brothers, Thomas G., Gary L. and Larry L. Rush; and his half-sister Marge Warman.
