He was predeceased by: his father Robert Wise. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Jean Wise; his wife Kelly Wise; his children, Carey Barna, Adam Wise and Matthew Wise; his grandchild Madison Barna; and his brother Virgil Allen Wise (Vikki).
