We announce the death of Richard Albert Cheek (Waynesburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 19, 2026, at the age of 66. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wylie Franklin and Edith Loretta. He is survived by: his sisters, Wyletta "Lettie" and Sharon Louise; his daughter Kalah Marie; his wife Candy "Sue" Cheek; his children, Wylie F. Cheek, III, Price A. Cheek, Kersha Leadbeater (Justin) and Ranee Montoya (Omar); and his siblings, Wylie F. Cheek, Jr. (Terry), Jackie Stoneking (late Chuck), Dee Eisminger (late Tink) and Lori Cowie (Jimmy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
