He is survived by: his pets, Piper, Holly, Jingles, Herbie, Dudley, Smitty, Mittens and Joey; his wife Janet Lee Smith (Newhouse); his children, Derek Smith (Linda), Robin King (Dave) and Jenny Huffman (Duane); his grandchildren, Leah Harris (Geoff), Luke Smith (Paige), Linzy Smith, Katlyn Moore, Nathan Huffman (Emily), Caleb Huffman (Abbie) and Rachel Karpency (Danny); his great grandchildren, Holden, Hudson Harris and Heath Harris; his grandchildren, Blake, Baylee, Cohen, Isaiah Smith and Bo Karpency; his sister Kathryn "Katy" Debord; and his sister-in-law Joyce Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Bob's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Pennsylvania Chapter, or The Gideons International.
