He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Eder and Barbara Schlittenbauer Eder. He is survived by : his wife Patricia J. Eder; his children, Lori Eder-Crawford (William) of Avon and Jeffrey Eder of Waynesburg, PA; his grandchildren, Channing Eder-Crawford, Kristin Nichols (Justin) and Britanee Eder; his great grandchild Aspen Nichols; his sister Betsy Polce of Maryland; his daughter-in-law Michele Eder; and his siblings, Margaret Booth, Paul A. Eder and Herbert J. Eder.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc. (197 N Maiden St, Waynesburg, PA 15370). A prayer was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (232 East High St, Waynesburg, PA 15370).
