Darlene leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Darlene’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Darlene will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Harvey and Shirley Harvey (Schlauch). She is survived by: her husband James B. Douglas; her children, Jamie L. Douglas (Brandon Parramore) and Frank Kapas; and her siblings, Mark Harvey (Edna) and Bonnie Vinciguerra (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a large, closely knit extended family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home & Cremation Services (211 1st St, Weatherly, PA 18255). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at the Nuremberg Cemetery (365 Mountain Rd, Zion Grove, PA 17985).
