He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Shemonsky and Jean Shemonsky (Lubniewski); his wife Sandra L. Shemonsky (Rataczak); and his siblings, Barbara Kman and Jerry Shemonsky.

He is survived by : his son Nicholas C. Shemonsky (Ashley) of Havertown; his grandson Christopher Shemonsky; and his sister Susan Logorda. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
