He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony G. Bissinger and Josephine M. Bissinger (Depa); his sister Joanne Bissinger; and his granddaughter Dakota Felkner. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Boatman; his children, James Toti (Linda) of Williamsport, Dawn Fillmore (Tim) of Mansfield and Jodi Lovett (Mike) of Morris; his cousins, Chucky Bissinger (Diane) and Bobby Bissinger; and his close friend Al Brown. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
