She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Ogden and Alice Ogden (Townsend); her husband Lloyd B. Owlett; and her sister Ruth Doan. She is survived by: her sons, Clayton Owlett (Deborah) of Wellsboro and Jack Owlett (Melissa) of Middlebury Center; and her grandchildren, Justin, Jason, Jon, Matt, Cassie, Connor and Emily. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Blanche's name to New Creation Events Ministry, P.O. Box 36, Wellsboro, PA 16901.
