With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen M. Dewey of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 4, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, R. Arnold Smith and Velma M. Smith (Rose); her spouse Marion M. Dewey; her daughter Janine; her siblings, Wayne, Jay, Berwyn Smith and Wanda Urban; and her sons-in-law, Elwyn "Butch" Toby and Richard Wilkinson.

She is survived by : her daughters, Carmen E. Toby of Wellsboro and Roxanne L. Wilkinson of Wellsboro; her grandchild Kristen M. Hall-Geisler (Doug) of Portland, OR; her daughter Ryan G. Hall (Mariah) of Great Falls, MT; her sisters, Jeannette Comstock of Wellsboro, Dianne Kennedy (Fred) of Wellsboro and Bernadene Quimby (Sheldon) of Port Ewen, NY; her great grandchildren, Daustin, Blaydin and Trevyin; and her caregivers, Reitha Starkweather, Pam English and Leanne McIntyre. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces, nephews, and close friends.
