He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carden and Elna Carden (Haselhurst); and his daughter Rhonda. He is survived by: his wife Jean Carden (Coolidge); his children, Karen and Douglas; his sisters, Christine Kurz, Deane Carden and Georgia; and his brother-in-law Gary Coolidge (Janet). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
