He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tiley and Jean Tiley; and his sister Joy. He is survived by: his son Esme Tiley Woodley; his grandchildren, Mallachai, Jewel, Hexon and Pearl; his niece Diana Latsha (Scott); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor, Melanie and Chaise.

In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe has been set up for final expenses and memorial.
