He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvine Allen and Jeannette Allen (Sweeley); his wife Sherry Allen; his siblings, Blaine Allen and Sallie Sticklin; and his brother-in-law Kurt Dodge.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Allen (Samantha) of Newton, NJ and Jessica Witmer (Jack) of Wellsboro, PA; his grandchildren, Karinthia, Karter, Lillianna, Brycen, Hailey, Brooke and Addison; his siblings, Dale Allen (Sandy) of Wellsboro, PA and Kaye Dodge; and his siblings-in-law, Lewis Sticklin of Wellsboro, PA and Patricia Allen of Wellsboro, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice.
