He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Ives and Susan Ives (Tarantino); and his siblings, Clayton Ives, Norma Coolidge and Katheryn Kennedy.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Ives (Kane); his daughter Hope Shabloski (Randal) of Wellsboro, PA; his grandchildren, Paige Fairbanks (Zac Tomb), Garrett Fairbanks, Katerina Shabloski and Mikel Shabloski (Ryan Kleiman); his great grandchildren, Devan Fairbanks and Lylah Merrick; and his brothers, James Ives (Deanna) of Wellsboro, PA and Raymond Ives (Evelyn) of Summerville, SC..
