It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen V. Farrell (Wellsboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Victor and Dorothy Farrell; his brother Steve; his wife Kathy Farrell; his children, Victoria and Adam; his pet German Shorthair Pointers; and his grandchildren, Cole, MacKenzie and Carter.

Viewing was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home (139 Main St, Wellsboro, PA 16901). A memorial service was held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
