He is survived by: his sons, Brian Plume (Melanie) of Wellsboro and Scott Plume of Covington; his grandchildren, Dylan, Brandon and Pacey (Cierra); his great grandchildren, Paizleigh, Alina and Cierra; and his friend Amy Garman.
The family suggest memorial contributions in Tom's name be made out to Relay for Life Tioga County.
