With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vicki L. Dow of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 12, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Nessman and A. Marie Nessman (Aungst); her brother Jeff Dow; and her close friend Gail Silver. She is survived by: her son Jason Dow of Wellsboro, PA; her sister Maureen Hughes of Wellsboro, PA; her sister-in-law Linda Dow; her grandchildren, Jordan Dow, Jakob Catarouche, Ashlyn Catarouche, Jackson Dow and Connor Dow; and her nephews, Ryan Dow, Eric Muehter and Joe Muehter.
