He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Hilda Campbell of Gaines, Alan Johnson (Barb) of Mansfield, Brenda Urner (Mark) of Muncy Valley, Robert Johnson of Endwell, NY, Kathleen Shull (Thomas) of Horsehead, NY, Mary Ann Bienko (Clifford) of Colora, MD and David Johnson of Wellsboro; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanette Johnson of Wellsboro and Jane Johnson of Wellsboro.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions in Warren's name be made to the Middle Ridge Global Methodist Church, 9 Copp Hollow Rd., Wellsboro, PA 16901.
