She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel E. Perrotto, Jr.; her parents, Ford Berkenstock and Edith Berkenstock (Wagner); and her sisters, Joan Heckman, Mary Lou Gruber and Nancy Lundberg.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Wojcik (Lisa), Lynese (Jose Colon), Heather (John Oxenreider) and April Cantos; and her siblings, Ronald Berkenstock (Ladonna) and Gloria Lutz. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
