He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold S. Richey and Helen Frye Richey; and his brother Wade. He is survived by: his siblings, Louise Roberts, Betty Jo Lucas, Ruby Hicks (L. Courtney) and James L. Richey; his siblings' children, Tracy Lucas, Christopher and Todd Hicks (Denise); his great-nephews, Cooper, Conor and Walker Hicks; and his siblings' children, Crystal Miller, Denise Ullom, Pamela Roberts and Edward Roberts.
